Aims and Scope
The JEMS provides prospective on topic relevant to research in the field of business, commerce and economics. Through its publication the journal contributes to the development to the theory and practice. The journal accepts academically robust papers that contribute to the area of research of the business management, commerce and economics.
Papers submitted to the journal are double-blind reviewed by members of the reviewers committee or other suitably quality qualified readers. The editor reserves the right to reject papers that, in the view of editorial board are either of insufficient quality, or are not relevant enough to the subject area. The journal publishes in the categories described below.
1. Research papers
These may be qualitative or quantitative, empirical or theoretical in the nature.
2. Case study
Case study is welcomed illustrating business, commerce and economic research method in practice.

3. View points
View points less academically rigorous articles usually in area of controversy which will fuel some interesting debate.

Topics may include, but are not limited to Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Econometrics, Development Economics, Resource Economics, Regional Economics, Agriculture Economics, Urban Economics, Institutional economics, International trade, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Marketing Strategies, Sales Management, Advertising, Finance, Corporate Finance, Portfolio Management, Corporate Governance, Social Policy, Public Administration, Business Laws, Statistical Inferences and Empirical Business Research.
